I’ve worked in marketing and design for over five years now- in-house, in-agency and as a freelancer- creating intuitive user experiences, designing and coding smart user interfaces, extending brand identities and also guiding start-ups or smaller organisations through digital and social media marketing.

The British Grooms Association is an organisation which provides informational, legal and supportive resources to people who work with horses.
They wanted to be able to better connect with their users: predominantly 16-31 year old females (60% visits on mobiles), create a better user experience and all-round more modern and future-proof style and feeling for their brand and web presence.
From user research, analysis, wireframing, interactive mockups using invision through to final responsive interfaces, banners and a bit of style tweaking, the final result fits BGA's purposes perfectly!

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is a new Trust which saw three NHS hospitals brought together to provide hospital services for over 900,000 people.
As such, each existing hospital's website needed to be worked into a flexible and diverse new design which considered a variety of content and layout options including a secure Document Store.
After going through an intense content audit and creating a rather complex site map with the Merchant team, I created exhaustive template designs under NHS guidelines which allowed for optimum client flexibility within the CMS (episerver), and introduced site-wide colour coding to create an intuitive User Experience.

Working with the incredible team at full-service digital agency CleverToday, we created final interface and digital design for L'Oréal Paris' Féria brand, abiding by brand guidelines to attract and encourage interaction from a millennial, tech savvy audience. I worked from the wireframes to create, layout, style, image retouching, composites and final designs for the landing page.

I had the great opportunity of working with PR & branding specialists Suite 203 Communications on a number of promotional digital materials to be featured on the new Rekucci Collection website and across their social channels.
Working with a number of shots taken by Montreal photographers Jimmy Hamelin and Arianne Bergeron, I was able to create a consistent, light and friendly feel for the brand along with an intuitive size chart.

I had the pleasure of being approached by credo productions – a fantastic team who specialise in working on projects with social impact – to design a number of digital and print collateral for je fais mtl, the Ville de Montréal future growth project monitoring office.

Oil Spill Response commissioned the agency I was working for to create an internal hybrid app to aid their workers in logging and reporting oil spills in real time.
I designed and coded the interface for the Aerial Surveillance Tool using Kendo UI and bootstrap and oversaw testing on the entire app.

Whilst working at Merchant Marketing Group I had the opportunity to create wireframes, colour palettes and designs for a personalised microsite for London's Gatwick Airport.
myGatwick's goals were to provide a tailored experience for travellers through offering free wifi, flight/terminal-specific discount offers and real-time information regarding the user's bookings.
Within the first few months, we logged over 200,000 new users.

For the holidays, Atman Co wanted to create an email newsletter highlighting its (surprisingly accurate) personality analysis product it uses for recruitment.
The team came up with the concept that each of Santa's reindeer would have a specific personality, but we unsure of how to display this. I created an illustration to match each reindeer's traits, and integrated it into a 'sliding scale' with a bio on the email. Then to pull it all together, I created a puzzle concept and image in the shape of Atman's logo before coding it and making it Mailchimp compatible..
The newsletter was extremely well-received and shared, and was a great project to work on from start to finish (apart from Outlook rendering issues!).

I had a great deal of fun working on the visuals and interaction flows for a website pitch last year.
The idea was to balance friendly with professional whilst using the company's existing branding, and I did so through highlighting high-quality photography with a darker, more sophisticated colour palette alongside fun, informal architectural sketch shapes to take the user through his or her journey.

From conceptualising marketing & PR campaigns with powerful/catchy slogans to coming up with the app feature which will put you ahead of the competition, I have a pretty off-the-wall imagination and am never short of enthusiasm for any new project.
With a background in the analytical arts and way too much empathy for my own good, I’m able to back up my wild ideas with logical and common-sense solutions to UX problems in order to create long-lasting experiences in an engaging manner for any user base.
User Interfaces are an important touchpoint and have to work as a cog in your overall marketing and business objective strategies. I enjoy creating clean, modern and beautiful interfaces which are a joy to use, but also fits in seamlessly with your unique company.
I like to work closely alongside developers to ensure the integrity of my pixel-perfect designs is maintained. This means that I’ll often be dipping in and out of Brackets, making style changes in Sass, CSS or structural changes in HTML to ensure the final product is right.
I’ve enjoyed creating a number of different design collateral for telling brands’ stories both online and offline, working on banners, advertisements, brochures, reports, presentations and promotional material for on-screen and for print- ensuring consistency yet intrigue is held throughout.
